Everyone knows that beer is produced in a brewery. At this workshop you can find out which by-products are obtained in beer production and in which purpose they could be used. Brewer’s yeast and brewer’s spent grain have a very diverse application. We should not forget carbon-dioxide either. Even brewery wastewater could be used for something useful. At the workshop you could see beer production process scheme as well as the points at which by-products are obtained and different ways of their application.
