The development of the PTT systems is closely related with the development of the state. It can be said that PTT systems are representing the bloodstream of the state, enabling the realization of their mission and vision, which is reflected in the creation of a welfare society. Especially are important  the public postal operators, which in the first place put a public interest, enabling every citizen to use unlimited services, which is reflected above all in the provision of universal postal service. The importance of the PTT market is reflected in the intensive development of competition, both in the domain of postal and telecommunications services. The need for communication and transmission of shipments is increasing so that the trend of the positive growth of services within this sector can be expected to continue. Certainly, as this market develops, will be a growing need for highly qualified personnel in the field of PTT traffic.
